KCS’s VAM software utilizes GIS to overlay districts maps and precinct maps to precisely create Precinct parts without all the guessing. KCS will take your precincts and districts such as Board of Education, House of Representative, County Commission, etc... and create a precisely defined precinct part map. 

 VAM automatically assigns the correct voting districts to the voters’ address location when it is created or edited. In addition, it can be updated at the county-wide level when the district lines change.  So, when you have mass changes in the future with district lines or precincts, instead of spending months and months redoing your street file, use VAM and KCS to get you ready within a matter of days.
